Frequently Asked Questions about Flower Delivery in Arizona
Does Novapetal offer same-day flower delivery in Phoenix?
Yes. Order by 3 PM Monday through Saturday and we deliver the same day across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Glendale. Orders going to our furthest zone still arrive the same day, but we cannot hold them to a chosen time window.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Our studio is closed on Sunday, but we do deliver on Sundays when the order is placed by 3 PM on Saturday. Sunday same-day delivery also runs on holidays such as Mother’s Day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by zone and starts at $15. The exact fee is calculated at checkout from the delivery address.
What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries run from 8 AM to 5 PM Arizona time, so an arrangement can arrive at a home, an office or a venue any time in that window.
Where do your flowers come from?
We work with American growers and private farms, and with growers in Holland, Japan, Ecuador and Kenya, rather than buying everything from one local wholesaler. That is why we keep stems most Valley shops do not: anthurium, protea, ranunculus and anemones, and peonies year-round.
Do you send a photo of the arrangement?
Yes. We photograph what we make and send you the picture — usually before it leaves the studio, sometimes once it has been delivered. It is a record of what was sent, not an approval step, so nothing waits on your reply.
What happens if nobody is home?
From May through September we will not leave flowers outside — the heat ruins them — unless you tell us it is fine to do so. Otherwise we bring them back and redeliver, which carries a re-delivery fee unless we have agreed otherwise.
Do you deliver to hospitals and funeral homes?
Yes. We deliver to hospitals, funeral homes, hotels and offices across the Valley, and the full list of the funeral homes and hospitals we serve is on our delivery page.
Can I include a handwritten card?
Yes. Write your message at checkout and one of our florists will handwrite it on a complimentary card.
